Anything You Can Do...

Over Vietnam, 1960's:

A young guy flying an F-4 fighter was flying escort for a B-52 and generally was making a nuisance of himself; acting like a hotdog, flying rolls around the lumbering old bomber. The hotdog said over the air, "Anything you can do, I can do better."

The veteran bomber pilot answered "Try this hot-shot..." and continued flying straight and level.

Puzzled, the hotdog asked, "So? What did you do?"

B-52: "I just shutdown two engines, kid."
